1. Do you accept paypal, cheques or postal orders?
Unfortunately we can only accept payment on credit and debit cards as it allows us to securely check the details. We do not accept American Express
2. Do you have a phone number?
We don't currently have a customer service telephone number however we have a live secure chat system open 10am till late weekdays.
3. Do you sell medicine in bulk?
Littlebluepill.net provides a service to patients and never sell wholesale amounts.
4. Can I pick my order up or can you send it by courier?
No sorry we currently have no outlet that we sell goods from only a despatch warehouse.
5. When will my order be delivered?
Normally within 7 working days for the UK and 14 working days for the rest of the world. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
6. Can I take your medication whilst taking ............ ?
Suitability for treatment and compatibility with other medicines is the responsibility of yourself and your GP.
7. You have emailed to say my bank has declined my card. Why has this happened?
We do not get detailed information about why your bank has declined your card. You need to contact your bank who maybe able to answer your queries. In some cases you may have simply missed off some important payment information which can be rectified by reordering.
8. Are your medicines safe to use? I have heard stuff about websites on the news.
All products we sell are manufactured by licensed Pharmaceuticals in strict clinical conditions and is completely safe. The brands we sell are well known and trusted. We recommend you avoid medicine from other websites with names you might not recognize. They could be potentially harmful.
10. My order has not been delivered. Please advise?
If your items have not been delivered, please us the contact us form and we will chase the order up for you.
11. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with one flat rate cost for all customers. Typically you will receive your order in around 7 - 14 days.
12. Do I really get my money back if im not satisfied with the results?
Yes, we are so confident in our products we offer a money back promise, simply return your unused products for a full refund less the postage costs.
We answer all emails within 24 hours although typical times are much quicker. Responses are generally slower at the weekend and during public and religious holidays. Please do not send repeat emails during this time, this will end up in your enquiry lowering in priority as the multiple emails will then need to be collated into a single ticket
